Karl S. Myers, Co-Chair of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group, organized and moderated the CLE event “Meet the New Third Circuit Judges” hosted by the Bar Association of the Third Federal Circuit on September 28 in in Philadelphia.
The session focused on introducing five of the recently appointed judges, which included the Hon. Stephanos Bibas, the Hon. David J. Porter, the Hon. Peter J. Phipps, the Hon. Arianna J. Freeman and the Hon. Cindy K. Chung. The judges shared insights about their roles on the Court and offered best practices for lawyers appearing before the Court.
Karl is a leading appellate law practitioner in Pennsylvania. He serves on the Board of Governors for the Third Circuit Bar Association and is also a member of the Third Circuit Historical Society.
