Suzanne M. McSorley, a Shareholder in Stevens & Lee’s Litigation Department, was a co-moderator for the “AI in ADR” webinar program hosted the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi American Inn of Court on Mar. 12, 2026.

Sue was joined by fellow moderator Laura A. Kaster, a highly experienced mediator and arbitrator, and program panelist Bradley Mitchell, Co-Chair of the Stevens & Lee’s Higher Education Practice, to discuss the ethical use of GenAI in dispute resolution practice. Together, they examined how large corporations such as KPMG use GenAI in their work with legal teams.
