Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Employment Law Institute 2025

Elisabeth K. Freer, Associate, spoke at the Employment Law Institute 2025 hosted by Pennsylvania Bar Institute at the CLE Conference Center on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

The Employment Law Institute offered a complete annual update on changes in the law impacting the workplace and provided concrete insights into why those changes mattered. 

Elisabeth presented “The ABCs of PCA” summarizing and analyzing the National Labor Relations Board’s protected concerted activity jurisprudence. This session covered recent developments in Board law and provided a high-level overview of foundational cases. This session also discussed the NLRB’s role in protecting worker rights and investigating alleged unfair labor practices.
