Stevens & Lee Continues to Enhance Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets Capabilities with Addition of Greg Sutton as Shareholder

PHILADELPHIA, PA/VALLEY FORGE, PA, Nov. 18, 2025 – Stevens & Lee announced today that corporate and mergers and acquisitions lawyer Gregory W. Sutton has joined the firm as a Shareholder, enhancing its client capabilities in these key arenas for the firm.

With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Sutton brings a distinctive combination of legal acumen and business insight to his practice. With a background as both a lawyer and a former corporate executive officer, his instinctive ability to align legal strategy with business objectives allows him to navigate complex deal structures, tax reorganizations and acquisition financing with an outcome-oriented approach.

Beyond transactional work, Mr. Sutton serves as outside general counsel to a diverse range of clients, including investment funds, closely held businesses and start-up companies, advising on overall corporate and legal strategy, transaction preparedness, risk mitigation, governance and financing matters.

Mr. Sutton earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Binghamton University.
