In “Module 1: Setting Up for Success,” Norman joined speakers Jessica Broome of Southpaw Insights, Kathy Doyle of QualAdvisor, Jay Zaltzman of Bureau West, and Joe Papermen of Papermen Advisory Services for a discussion that explored the foundations of qualitative business ownership. Norman provided particular insights on legal registration and contracts in a conversation that also covered accounting setup and navigating workflow highs and lows
