VALLEY FORGE, PA, January 17, 2021 – Stevens & Lee announced today that Tiffany W. Donio has joined the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets Department and is based in its Valley Forge office.
An experienced tax attorney, Ms. Donio represents businesses in a range of tax matters, in particular those arising in the context of merger and acquisition and investment transactions. Her clients span an array of industries, including food and agriculture, health care, real estate, hospitality, retail, energy and utilities, cannabis, construction and engineering, media, internet and advertising, manufacturing and software and technology.
In addition to her substantial experience before federal entities, she also provides planning and compliance insights on state and local tax matters and has assisted with tax controversies at the audit, administrative and judicial levels.
Ms. Donio is Chair of the Taxation Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
A former CPA, Ms. Donio earned her Executive LL.M from the New York University School of Law, her J.D., with honors, from the Rutgers University School of Law and her B.S. from The College of New Jersey.
