READING, PA, May 24, 2012 – Stevens & Lee Shareholder David W. Swartz presented “The JOBS Act and Your Bank,” at a Webinar hosted by SNL Financial on May 22, 2012.
In his presentation, Mr. Swartz gave an overview of the JOBS Act, discussed the applicability of the Act to banks and the legal implications of the Act as it pertains to financial institutions.
Mr. Swartz is Chair of Steven & Lee’s Banking Practice. For over 25 years, he has counseled directors and senior executive management of financial institutions and other business clients on corporate matters, capital formation, securities law compliance, regulatory issues and mergers and acquisitions.
