HARRISBURG, PA, June 13, 2019 – Stevens & Lee Shareholder Dean H. Dusinberre served as part of the faculty at the 2019 School of Commercial Lending sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bankers Association on June 12, 2019, in State College, PA.
Mr. Dusinberre presented, “Ethics and Corporate Governance Issues in Lending,” as part of the multi-day continuing education conference for commercial lending professionals.
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Dusinberre represents financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, securities law compliance, corporate governance and regulatory matters, and serves as lender’s counsel in connection with both loan originations and loan workouts. He also represents private companies in mergers and acquisitions, business succession, stockholder and other owner disputes.
Dean has been selected by his peers as one of The Best Lawyers in America and was named 2013 and 2017 Harrisburg Banking and Finance Law Lawyer of the Year. He is AV® Preeminent™ rated by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating for legal ability and general ethics.
