READING, PA and PHILADELPHIA, PA, January 3, 2013 – Stevens & Lee announces that Charles C. Scheim has been named a shareholder of the firm effective January 1, 2013.
Charles C. Scheim concentrates his practice in employee benefits with a particular emphasis on counseling clients on welfare benefit plans, including legal issues with respect to the health care reform act (PPACA), COBRA, HIPAA and wellness programs. He also designs executive compensation plans, advises clients on securities law implications of employee benefits matters and manages the employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Scheim received a J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, an MBA from Adelphi University and a B.A. from State University of New York at Oswego.
