PRINCETON, NJ, June 7, 2021 – Stevens & Lee announced today that Todd D. Johnston has joined the firm’s Health Care Department in the Princeton office.
Mr. Johnston has a dynamic practice protecting the interests of a wide variety of health care and life science clients in business, transactional, licensing, contracting and financing matters. His representations span a range of entities, including clinical research organizations, hospitals, continuing-care retirement communities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, low and moderate income and senior housing, physicians and a statewide trade association of nonprofit long-term care providers.
As a strategic advisor in health care financing, Mr. Johnston understands the needs and concerns of parties on all sides of a transaction and represents both borrowers and lenders.
He earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the Temple University School of Law, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from Brown University.
