Conor assists clients with a variety of corporate transactions, with particular experience in debt financings. He has counselled clients through the various stages of deals, while providing strategic insights on a range of transaction documents, including loan agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements and confidentiality agreements, among others.
While in law school, Conor served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Gerald J. Pappert of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Hon. Joshua Roberts of the Court of Common Pleas and a certified legal intern with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
