David is an experienced litigator who represents employers in a variety of matters, including executive compensation, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, defamation and wrongful termination lawsuits. He has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts, and before administrative and arbitration tribunals, including the EEOC and FINRA. David also has significant experience litigating the enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, particularly as related to the financial services industry.

In addition to his litigation practice, David regularly helps clients navigate federal and state employment laws as related to wage and hour issues, personnel actions, reductions-in-force, harassment and other workplace investigations, leave of absences and disability accommodations.
