Gianna assists the firm’s corporate team and its clients with a range of transactional, due diligence and research matters.

A recent graduate of Suffolk University Law School, she received Jurisprudence Awards in Commercial Law Survey and Torts, as well as a Distinguished Brief Award and an Honorable Mention Oral Advocate Award in Legal Practice Skills.

During her time in law school, she served as an extern for the General Counsel of the Housing Authority of the City of Charleston, South Carolina, as a law clerk by virtue of her selection to participate in the Ackerman Fellowship Program at Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services and as a student attorney at the Suffolk University Transactional Clinic.
