Jeff serves as a consultant for the firm’s various tax practices. A widely recognized authority on Pennsylvania state tax, Jeff is a former Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and has served in various leadership capacities in the Office of Chief Counsel at PDOR for more than 28 years.
In addition to his Commonwealth service, Jeff worked in private practice as a senior manager in the Sales and Local Tax Group in Philadelphia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has been a featured speaker on tax at numerous seminars and conferences for organizations including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, PICPA, the Allegheny County Tax Group, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Association and for PDOR Fall Tax Seminars.
