Joe focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings, and corporate governance and other general corporate matters. His work includes representing private equity firms, middle-market businesses, and entrepreneurs in asset and stock purchases and sales, mezzanine investments, and related transactions spanning a range of industries and jurisdictions.

While in law school, Joe earned a certificate in business, economics and public policy from the Wharton School of Business and was a counselor in the University of Pennsylvania’s Entrepreneurship and Civil Practice Clinics, an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, and an intern to the Honorable Charles J. Cunningham, III, of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
