She has extensive experience in a wide range of civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation, products liability, contract disputes and general civil defense and coverage. She also has substantial experience in construction defect defense and coverage litigations, having represented clients in all phases of such litigation.

Kelley previously served as the law clerk to the Honorable Margaret M. McVeigh, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Passaic County.
