Matt focuses his practice on white collar defense and defends individuals and companies against criminal investigations and indictments. He has been involved in multiple criminal investigations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has participated in numerous trials in federal and state courts.

In addition to white collar defense, Matt has substantial experience in representing and counseling lawyers on ethics-related matters. Matt regularly assists lawyers in responding to complaints filed with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel and has participated in multiple disciplinary hearings.

Matt’s litigation background also includes defending corporations and individuals in commercial and business litigation, including antitrust, product liability and tort actions.

Matt was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Joseph C. Visalli, Superior Court Justice in Cape May County, New Jersey.

While in law school, Matt was an editor of the New England School of Law Law Review.
