Matt concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation for financial institutions, publicly traded companies and private companies. His experience spans the entire trial preparation and litigation process, from discovery and document review through trial strategy, negotiation and settlement.

In the area of construction law, Matt helps owners, contractors, subcontractors and material producers in a range of construction matters and in litigation at all stages of the development process, including claims analysis, contract drafting and review and claims avoidance.

During law school, Matt served as the Technology Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. He also served as a certified legal intern in the University of Pittsburgh Securities Arbitration Clinic where he successfully represented clients in FINRA arbitrations.

Additionally, Matt was elected to the Order of the Coif while completing his law degree at University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
