Michael concentrates his practice on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, entity formations and general corporate matters.
While in law school, Michael was a Staff Editor of the Temple Law Review. He also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Anne E. Lazarus of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and for the Hon. Michael A. Shipp of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
