Nicole is a registered patent agent with more than six years of full-cycle intellectual property experience spanning medical devices, biotechnology, neurotech, semiconductor technology, electrical/electronics, renewable energy, telecommunications, artificial intelligence and software systems. She gained a depth of in-house experience at Advanced Bionics, where she managed a global patent portfolio including cochlear implant technology, bioelectronics and AI-driven hearing solutions.
Nicole has led freedom-to-operate investigations, drafted technically precise Office Action responses and guided patent prosecution to allowance while aligning IP strategy with product development roadmaps. Her educational background in electrical engineering, with a focus in communication systems, as well as in computer engineering gives her technical fluency across every major patent domain.
