Nicole has more than 19 years of human resources leadership experience in various industries.
Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, she was the Director of Human Resources for the U.S. division of a global information technology firm. Previous to that role, she led human resources for nearly a decade at a New Jersey-based law firm during its period of significant growth that included five office openings. Her responsibilities also extended to providing guidance and oversight of business operations regarding talent acquisition, employee relations and professional training and development.
