Rita is a member of the Litigation Department and the Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets Department, assisting with a range of trial, due diligence and research matters.

During her time in law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Dara Govan of the Superior Court of New Jersey and as a judicial intern to the Hon. Suzanne Adams of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

Prior to law school, Rita worked as a senior paralegal in a law office and as a paralegal with the Kings County District Attorney’s office.
