Sophie is a senior associate in the firm’s corporate group. She concentrates her practice on complex corporate transactions in the middle-market space, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and recapitalizations. Sophie has a broad range of experience with domestic and cross-border transactions for clients in a wide range of industries, including biotech, seafood, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, cannabis and renewable energy.
