In his practice, he assists clients with a range of deals surrounding M&A, tax free corporate reorganizations, corporate organization, executive employment compensation, and corporate finance agreements, among others. Stephan focuses on providing strategic guidance and ensuring his clients are in compliance with federal, state and municipal regulations. He understands that every deal is unique, and that his clients deserve representation that understands their respective complexities and nuances.

Prior to private practice, Stephan served as a law clerk in the Oregon Department of Justice’s Tax & Finance Division and was a business banker at Wells Fargo prior to attending law school.
