Trevor advises clients on a range of transactional, financing and bankruptcy matters involving Delaware alternative entities, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other closely held business structures. His experience includes assisting mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, financing arrangements, restructurings and bankruptcy-related transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements in those contexts.
Prior to pursuing his law degree, Trevor served as a Search and Rescue Swimmer and as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy.
