NLRB’s 2019 Changes to the Board’s Representation Case Rules Effective May 31, 2020

On December 13, 2019, the Board announced modifications to the 2014 amendments of the Board’s Representation Case Rules. The modifications are published at 84 Fed. Reg. No. 243 and include changes to, among other things, notices of petition for election, responsive statements of position, and post-hearing briefs. The new rules will apply to petitions filed on or after May 31, 2020.
