During Tuesday’s summit on June 4, Gladys will deliver her opening keynote “A Regulatory Perspective for Pennsylvania: Past, Present, and Future” and share her insights and experience as a former Commissioner and Chairman of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PAPUC) on the legislative landscape shaping our renewable markets.
