Monitoring has become a topic everyone is talking about. The law requires the board of directors to hire, fire and monitor the trustee. The law also requires the trustee to monitor the board of directors. What does this mean? How do you create a process to document that you have complied with the law? Will your process hold up to review by the Department of Labor?
