Susan Asitanleh Long, Counsel in Stevens & Lee’s Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group, will present on the panel “Who Gets the Money?” at the Chapter 13 Symposium hosted by the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey in Monroe Township, NJ, on Nov. 13, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
Joined by fellow panelists Judge Mark E. Hall of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey, and Rebecca K. McDowell of Saldutti Law Group, Susan will share insights on which parties benefit from increases in value and income, post-petition assets and unpaid post-petition obligations.
