Suzanne M. McSorley, a Shareholder in Stevens & Lee’s Litigation Department, will be a CLE instructor on Day 3 of “Civil Mediation Training Course” hosted the New Jersey Bar State Bar Association at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ on Feb. 14, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The five-day course offers 48.2 CLE credits, including 3.0 in ethics and 3.0 in diversity.
Sue will be joined by Laura A. Kaster, a highly experienced mediator and arbitrator, in leading a program that explores and practices skills and techniques used by court-approved mediators. Attendees will gain knowledge to effectively manage conflict, enhance communication and negotiation skills and learn strategies for dealing with the problems that arise during the mediation process.
