The Qualitative Business Blueprint – Module 1: Setting Up for Success

Norman Kallen of Stevens & Lee’s Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets Group will speak in the first installment of the three-part webinar program “The Qualitative Business Blueprint” hosted by the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) on April 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET. 

In “Module 1: Setting Up for Success,” Norman will join speakers Jessica Broome of Southpaw Insights, Kathy Doyle of QualAdvisor, Jay Zaltzman of Bureau West and Joe Papermen of Papermen Advisory Services for a discussion that explores foundations of qualitative business ownership. Norman will provide particular insights on legal registration and contracts in a conversation that also covers accounting setup and navigating workflow highs and lows.
