Stevens & Lee’s Real Estate Group has been named as a finalist for the “Real Estate Firm of the Year” category of the 2025 New Jersey Legal Awards, which are presented by the New Jersey Law Journal. The winner of this finalist category will be announced on Oct. 30 during the awards dinner at The Westin Governor Morris in Morristown, NJ.
The “Real Estate Firm of the Year’ recognition spotlights law firms who have achieved significant success in the past year. Stevens & Lee has led some of the most transformative real estate projects in the Garden State. The team’s accomplishments from the past year include advancing significant redevelopment efforts, purchases and sales and land use approvals, and prevailing in highly contested land use litigation.
