Christopher S. Tarr Receives the Princeton Bar Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award

Chris was presented the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Princeton Bar Association as part the Association’s CLE event “AI & the Modern Lawyer” in Princeton on May 19. He is recognized for 50 years of membership in and service to the Association. 

Chris is an advocate for the Garden State’s legal community. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Princeton Bar Association and is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association’s Real Property Section and the New Jersey Bar Association’s Land Use Section.

Chris concentrates his practice on commercial real estate matters, including land use, leasing and conveyancing. He has obtained zoning approvals for more than 21,000,000 square feet of office, laboratory, retail, industrial and residential uses throughout central New Jersey, representing the area’s most significant developers, corporations and institutional end users. He counsels both commercial landlords and tenants nationwide regarding a wide variety of leasing issues.

Chris regularly appears before regulatory bodies at the local, county and state level regarding a variety of environmental, land use, tax and related issues.
