Stevens & Lee’s real estate leasing practice includes the representation of owners and tenants in a wide array of industries. We counsel our clients on all aspects of leasing transactions, including the preparation, review and negotiation of lease documentation, the evaluation of potential lease sites and the analysis of property-specific conditions and issues that are relevant to any real estate transaction.

We represent owners and tenants in retail, industrial and office transactions, including single transactions as well as complex, multi-site arrangements. We also represent our institutional clients in ground lease transactions, sale-leasebacks and subleases. We have substantial experience representing hospitals and health care providers with leasing arrangements, including medical office leases, stand-alone health care facilities, clinics within retail settings and joint venture lease transactions.

We understand our clients’ business needs and operations and use this understanding to negotiate lease terms that appropriately address their interests and requirements. The geographic reach of our multiple offices provides us with the market knowledge and experience to effectively and efficiently counsel and assist our clients in reviewing and consummating lease transactions of any size.
