VALLEY FORGE, PA, July 16, 2026 – Stevens & Lee announced today that Michael P. Rittinger has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets Department and is based in its Valley Forge office.
Mr. Rittinger has more than 25 years of experience representing privately held companies and private investment funds in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, commercial finance matters and Section 363 asset sales. His practice spans a range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, construction and outdoor advertising.

Mr. Rittinger earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Fordham University.
