Pennsylvania Land Use Law Update: Appellate Cases from 2023-2024

Charlie Suhr, Shareholder and member of the firm’s Real Estate Group, served as a speaker on the panel “Pennsylvania Land Use Law Update: Appellate Cases from 2023-2024” at the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association’s 2024 Annual Conference held in Erie, PA, on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024.

At this largest gathering of planners in Pennsylvania, Charlie helped lead the interactive presentation focused on sharing insights, hypotheticals and key takeaways about rulings involving a range of cases from traditional zoning approval cases (variances, special exceptions and conditional uses) to subdivision and land development cases (plan approvals, modifications, challenges).
