RBC Wealth Management Webinar: Friend or Fraud?

Ronald C. Long, Co-Leader of Stevens & Lee’s Senior Investor Compliance Services Team, was a featured speaker on the complimentary webinar “Friend or Fraud? Spot the Signs of Friendship and Romance Scams,” hosted by RBC Wealth Management on Feb. 14, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. ET. 

Scammers use friendship and romance tactics to manipulate victims into revealing sensitive financial and banking information. Ron joined a panel to discuss a range of topics including common storyline tactics, the innerworkings of these scams, key red flags and steps for protecting yourself and those may be targets for such fraud.
