Shipley, Shareholder at Stevens & Lee, spoke on “Case Law, Legislative & Regulatory Updates Regarding CBT, GIT and SUT” at Seton Hall’s 10th Annual New Jersey Tax Controversy Forum hosted by Seton Hall in Newark, New Jersey on March 25, 2024, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Seton Hall Law School Auditorium. Stevens & Lee is proud to have been among the sponsors for this event. 

Attendees joined tax professionals from government, private practice and the NJ Tax Court as they discussed current events in New Jersey controversies, along with the impact of tax cases decided in 2023, and gained insights to NJ tax practice.
