Jonathan E. Mayer Recognized Among “Rising Stars” by NJ Bankers

PRINCETON, NJ, Nov. 11, 2024 – Jonathan E. Mayer, a Senior Associate in Stevens & Lee’s Real Estate Department, has been recognized by NJ Bankers as among its 2024 “Rising Stars” honorees.  

NJ Bankers, or the New Jersey Bankers Association, advocates for the state’s banking industry and each year recognizes the rising talent in the sector. Mr. Mayer is distinguished for his leadership as a transactional problem-solver, contributions to professional peers and banking clients and dedication to elevating the communities where he works and lives.

Mr. Mayer focuses his practice on commercial transactions, leasing and land use. He represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to world-renowned universities and small business owners. He also serves as a strategic advisor and resource to banking clients and lenders in a wide range of real estate financings and transactions.

Mr. Mayer also has a depth of knowledge in landlord-tenant litigation, assisting on matters concerning a variety of properties, plots and facilities. 

He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Villanova University.
