Jon is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, focusing on commercial transactions, leasing and land use. He represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to world-renowned universities and small business owners. He also serves as a strategic advisor and resource to banking clients and lenders in a wide range of real estate financings and transactions.

Recent representative transactions include the purchase of a $26 million self-storage facility, the purchase of $65 million educational facility, the condominiumization and sale of a 160,000-squarefoot shopping center, and the sublease of 250,000 square feet of pharmaceutical office space.

Jon also has extensive experience in landlord-tenant litigation. He recently assisted in the eviction of a pharmaceutical company which was attempting to exercise an option to purchase the facility. In a separate matter, he assisted in the removal of more than two dozen trucking companies from a parcel of land in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.

Jon has also been a speaker in events sponsored by the New Jersey Apartment Association and
Pennsylvania Apartment Association on a variety of leasing topics, including federal, Pennsylvania
and New Jersey Fair Housing laws.
