Scidurlo Presents at Association of Corporate Counsel’s Women’s Summit

VALLEY FORGE, PA, March 17, 2022 – Lisa M. Scidurlo, Co-Chair of Stevens & Lee’s Labor & Employment Department, presented at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Women’s Summit held in Philadelphia, PA, on March 17, 2022.

Ms. Scidurlo moderated the panel “Practical Tips on Setting Professional Boundaries and Practicing Self-Care,” and was joined by presenters Carolyn Pellegrini, Partner at Saul Ewing, Renee Paravati, Director of Corporate Development at Meditatino4Leadership, Michelle Browning Coughlin, Founder of MothersEsquire, and Nina Allen Blackshear, Director and Corporate Counsel at Incyte. Discussion focused on strategies and approaches to balancing the needs of a demanding professional career with personal goals and self-care.

Ms. Scidurlo has approximately 24 years of experience focusing exclusively on Labor and Employment issues. She concentrates her practice in all aspects of labor management and employee relations, including counseling, training, compliance, and litigation. She regularly handles cases involving claims under Title VII, Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other federal, state and local employment discrimination laws.

Ms. Scidurlo represents employers at all stages of employment discrimination claims, including matters pending before the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. She also handles cases involving wrongful discharge claims and other traditional contractual claims arising from employment, including breach of employment contracts, at all stages of the litigation.

Ms. Scidurlo holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Temple University School of Law and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the Pennsylvania State University.
