Mark D. Bradshaw Nominated to the Honorable William W. Lipsitt American Inn of Court

HARRISBURG, PA, December 16, 2010 – Mark D. Bradshaw, a Shareholder of Stevens & Lee, has been nominated to the Honorable William W. Lipsitt American Inn of Court.

Mr. Bradshaw is one of 25 members of the Dauphin County Bar to become founding members and Barristers of the newly formed Inn of Court.

Mr. Bradshaw is an experienced litigator who practices in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Although his practice encompasses a wide variety of commercial disputes, he focuses his attention on several areas, including equity actions, frequently involving pursuing and defending injunctions, with a particular emphasis on unfair competition and trade secret issues.

Mr. Bradshaw is also involved in the representation of financial institutions and corporate fiduciaries; environmental and land use litigation, including construction and commercial landlord/tenant issues; insurance coverage issues and actions for declaratory relief; commercial brokerage and commission disputes; and practice before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. His Commonwealth Court practice includes state agency appeals, as well as original jurisdiction actions involving the Commonwealth. Mr. Bradshaw also handles cases involving professional licensure defense.

Mr. Bradshaw has been named among the “Forty Under 40” business leaders by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal. He is a graduate of the Leadership Harrisburg Area Program and a former Chairman of the Historic Harrisburg’s Broad Street Market Corporation’s Board of Directors. He received a J.D. With Honors from The Dickinson School of Law and a B.A. from Grinnell College.
