Andrew is an ardent advocate for his clients and dedicated to achieving the best results both in and out of the courtroom. His practice includes a wide variety of business disputes and real estate, land use and construction disputes.

His recent work includes securing the removal of a fiduciary in a trust dispute, obtaining a Rhode Island Superior Court judgment reversing a municipality’s improper denial of zoning relief – along with an award of attorneys’ fees – and achieving favorable outcomes for condominium owners in a dispute involving the maintenance and governance of common areas.
