Brandon is an experienced litigator who assists clients with a range of complex commercial issues, including appeals. His practice focuses on partnership and investor disputes, defamation litigation, insurance disputes and real estate litigation.
Brandon guides clients through all phases of litigation, providing strategic input during written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, motion practice, oral argument and alternative dispute resolution. He brings a results-driven and pragmatic approach to each representation and works closely with clients to efficiently and effectively advocate for their business needs and goals.
Prior to private practice, Brandon served as a law clerk for two years for the Hon. Nancy Bannon of the New York Supreme Court. He also served as a law clerk for one year for the Guam Superior Court.
