He is experienced in a wide range of tax-exempt and taxable municipal bond financings, including general obligation and revenue bond offerings, tax and revenue anticipation notes, derivative products, variable rate transactions, pool financings and credit-enhanced financings. He acts as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and issuer’s counsel in all aspects of tax-exempt finance, including health care, education, utility, municipal, industrial development and exempt facilities.
