- Fraud Claims/Contract Disputes – Represented multiple global clients in fraud and breach of contract claims against a veterinary equipment manufacturer, securing full judgments with attorneys’ fees in every concluded case
- Shareholder Disputes – Successfully defended clients in multiple industries securing reversals of injunctions and preventing adverse court actions such as the imposition of receiverships
- Employment Litigation – Represented companies, executives and employees in multiple industries in cases involving noncompete and non-solicitation agreements, wrongful termination and severance disputes
- High-Stakes Investigations – Represented high-net-worth individuals in a six-year tax and securities fraud investigation involving offshore asset protection structures across multiple international jurisdictions, including the United States, Cayman Islands and Isle of Man
