Demitria Kuczala

Demi is a member of the Immigration and Nationality Practice Group, assisting team members with a range of employment-based immigration and compliance matters. She helps to facilitate corporate matters including B-1/B-2, E-1/E-2/E-3, H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-1A/EB-1C/EB-2/EB-3 Immigrant Petitions and Adjustment of Status efforts. She also assists with dependent visas when necessary. In addition to helping corporate clients and individuals with their immigration filings, Demi also assists and guides clients with respect to consular issues, including consular processing protocols and the completion of DS-160 applications. While she works with clients across a wide range of industries, she has particular experience handling business immigration in health care.

Demi also works on compliance matters relating to corporate mergers and acquisitions. Specifically, she assists with I-9 compliance during mergers and acquisitions and advises companies and individuals on the impact of these corporate transactions on pending visa applications, including immigrant visa filings.
