Devin serves as a strategic advisor to a range of clients to achieve their goals regarding estate planning, estate, gift and inheritance tax planning, estate and trust administration, business planning and succession, and wealth management and preservation. Her experience extends to counseling corporate and individual fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries of estates and trusts.

She helps to draft estate plans, including revocable and irrevocable trust agreements, last wills and testament, disability planning documents, including powers of attorney for property and healthcare and living wills, and change of beneficiary forms. She also structures and implements sophisticated estate and gift tax minimization strategies, including dynasty trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies. On behalf of corporate and individual fiduciaries, Devin handles petitions for adjudication, petitions for modification, non-judicial settlement agreements, and receipt, release and indemnification agreements.
