Jaclynn focuses her practice on bankruptcy law, insolvency matters and related litigation. She represents debtors, creditors, trustees, lenders, landlords and other stakeholders in bankruptcy proceedings, providing strategic counsel in matters arising under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Her practice encompasses bankruptcy litigation, claims administration and analysis, due diligence and the development of effective strategies to address complex restructuring and insolvency issues. Jaclynn guides clients through all stages of the bankruptcy process, helping them to protect their interests, maximize recoveries and achieve practical business solutions.

Beyond her bankruptcy and restructuring practice, Jaclynn advises and represents clients in foreclosure, landlord-tenant and other real estate-related disputes. She works closely with property owners, lenders, landlords and other stakeholders on lease agreements, eviction proceedings and asset preservation strategies. Leveraging her experience in both insolvency and real estate matters, Jaclynn provides practical, results-oriented counsel designed to mitigate risk, protect valuable assets and advance her clients’ long-term business objectives.

Committed to serving both the legal profession and her community, Jaclynn maintains an active pro bono practice. She contributes to initiatives such as the Honorable Morris Stern Pro Bono Bankruptcy Assistance Project, which pairs experienced bankruptcy attorneys with trained law students to assist Chapter 7 debtors in preparing and filing petitions for bankruptcy relief. Through her pro bono work and professional leadership, Jaclynn remains dedicated to expanding access to legal services and supporting the next generation of bankruptcy practitioners.
