Jake represents landowners and developers in obtaining municipal approvals for residential, commercial and industrial developments throughout South Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. He regularly appears before local planning commissions, governing bodies and zoning hearing boards and assists clients with appeals and litigation before the Courts of Common Pleas within Pennsylvania. Jake has a successful track record of securing variances, special exceptions and conditional use approvals for his clients. He has also effectively advocated for townships to amend their ordinances to make additional land available for development.
Jake also has notable experience conducting title review and the preparation of title objection letters on behalf of buyer and tenant clients. He works closely with the firm’s affiliate title company, Reliance Search & Settlement, to ensure an efficient and streamlined workflow.
